A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction
Consumers have the right to cancel according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities:

Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (BPM Handels UG, Krugenhofen 59, 52066 Aachen, Germany, Email: info@GeorginaOutlet.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not required.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation. We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of cancellation
The right of cancellation expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of goods if these goods have become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery due to their nature.

General Information
1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us unpaid.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
